Blind contour metal ducts where sound isolation and both open ends force the passage of air from input to output mouth. Models of silencers with quadrangular section are designed with longitudinal, parallel channels whereas circular section silencers have concentric annular design.
Shape and size of connection of silencers are designed according to noise output mouth.

Decibel Reactive Silencers
1- or 2-stage expansion chambers made of metal sheet with or without inner insulation reinforcement and/or absorbing material, suitable for gas flow up to 500ºC. Lengths of chambers are calculated by means of predictive software in order to determine active frequency ranges and diameters to define efficiency. Separation between both chambers to determine effects of constructive interference is calculated in the same way.
These silencers are designed and manufactured according to sizes of ducts where they will be installed.
